Abstract
Food safety has always been a focus of people's attention,involving important areas of human health and social stability.With the globalization of the food supply chain and the continuous development of production technology,ensuring food safety has become an increasingly complex and urgent task.This article explores the key role of standardized testing technology in the field of food safety,comprehensively reviews its application in food safety assurance,and emphasizes its importance from multiple dimensions such as economic,social,and environmental benefits.The aim is to provide strong theoretical support for decision-makers,scholars,and practitioners,and promote the continuous improvement of food safety management level.关键词
