Research on Credit Supervision Issues of Administrative Reward Reporting System
摘要
Abstract
There is a tacit understanding of the combination of administrative reward report and credit supervision.In addition,the shortcomings of the implementation of the administrative reward report system and the expected benefits of credit supervision have shaped the necessity of reform.The theoretical basis and practical experience of the promotion of credit supervision measures shape the feasibility of reform.Therefore,in legislation,reformers need to enrich the substantive guarantee and procedural auxiliary rules of the implementation of credit supervision.In terms of typical systems,attention should be paid to the improvement of systems such as blacklists for untrustworthiness,credit early warning and feedback,credit files and credit restoration,credit incentives,to promote the construction of a harmonious society.关键词
