Abstract
Pragmatic enrichment emerged at the end of the twentieth century and is a branch of lexical pragmatics.Because pragmatic enrichment can explain the cultural differences in translation,many English translations adopt the analysis from the perspective of pragmatic enrichment.Under this situation,this study discusses the English translation of Six Records of Floating Life under the perspective of pragmatic enrichment.Research shows that different translators use different ways to realize the information enrichment of language context,physical world,and social world.There are two main reasons for the difference in pragmatic enrichment in the above translation,the first is the difference in translator's background,and the second is the difference in translator's translation purpose.It is hoped that the results can provide new reference for translation research under the perspective of pragmatic enrichment.关键词
