Distribution Network Available Capacity Evaluation Considering the Spatiotemporal Correlation of Electric Vehicles Charging Loads and Base Loads

Abstract
Conventional available capacity evaluation methods for distribution networks(DN)ignores the spatiotemporal correlation of electric vehicles(EV)charging loads and base loads,resulting in overly conservative evaluation results,which cannot be used to guide the planning of DNs.To address this issue,this paper proposes an DN available capacity method that considers the spatiotemporal correlation of EV loads and normal loads.Firstly,the typical day load is selected by considering the spatiotemporal correlation.Next,a robust stochastic bilevel optimization model is constructed for evaluating the DN available capacity and is transformed into a single-layer model by KKT conditions.Finally,simulations on the modified IEEE 33-bus system verifies the advantages of the proposed method.Compared to conventional methods,the proposed method can obtain a more accurate and reasonable DN available capacity based on the load correlation.This provides a scientific basis for the DN planning.关键词
