Abstract
Purpose:To explore and analyze the application value of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in drug and food detection.Methods:Forty kinds of drugs and food inspected by Liupanshui Inspection and Examination Centre from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 20 kinds in each group.The control group was tested using high performance liquid chromatography,while the observation group was tested using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.The thorough separation rate,detection accuracy,average analysis time,and detection time of the two groups of drugs and food were compared.Results:The observation group had a higher thorough separation rate and detection accuracy compared to the control group.The average analysis time and detection time of drugs and food in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were significant with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application value of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in drug and food detection is significant,with advantages such as high detection accuracy and fast detection speed,which are worth promoting and applying.关键词
