Abstract
The control of furnace life in the matte copper smelting furnace with oxygen-rich bottom blowing is crucial for copper smelting enterprises.By controlling the furnace life,the overall production cost of copper smelting can be reduced,creating a prerequisite for optimizing the organization and planning of the production system to meet the requirements of high-efficiency production.This article delves into the main factors affecting the service life of smelting furnaces and provides a detailed analysis of the internal lining structure of smelting furnace equipment.Finally,it puts forward the main production practices aimed at helping copper smelting enterprises reduce production costs,extend equipment life,and achieve more substantial economic benefits.关键词
