Application of Constant Flow Continuous Pouring Technology with Angular Velocity Control in double Shaft Support System
摘要
Abstract
High stability of the outlet position,flow rate and furnace body is essentially important for continuous casting of non-ferrous metals.Therefore,for continuous casting of small cross-section rod billets,a furnace with a dual support rotating shaft structure was designed.The technical solution of constant flow casting was proposed to control the tilting angular speed of the furnace.The mathematical model of constant flow casting was established,based on which,the PLC control program was designed.The size consistency of the small cross-section rods acquried from continuous casting as well as the stability of the furnace body was improved significantly.关键词
