Abstract
The conventional frequency conversion control method for mining electrical equipment directly calculates operating data,resulting in relatively high power consumption using conventional methods.Propose a frequency conversion control method for mining electrical equipment based on PLC.Using programming and logic control scanning technology to collect operational data of mining electrical equipment,calculate current disturbance through data collection,achieve equipment frequency conversion signal modeling,import the established model into the PLC automatic controller,and achieve frequency conversion control of electrical equipment through calculation.Design comparative experiments,and the experimental results demonstrate that this method has significant effects on improving energy efficiency.The application of PLC technology in variable frequency control of electrical equipment can improve its energy-saving performance.关键词
