静电纺丝HNTs/PBST复合纳米纤维膜的制备及其空气过滤性能研究

Abstract
With biodegradable poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene terephthalate)(PBST)as raw material and modified halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)as a electret,herein,HNTs/PBST nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning process.The effects of HNTs on the morphology,structure,and air filtration performance of the PBST nanofiber membranes were investigated.The experimental results show that the addition of HNTs(10%(w))can refine the diameter of PBST nanofibers and synergistically enhance the physical sieving effect and electrostatic attraction ability of nanofiber membranes.The comprehensive filtration performance of HNTs/PBST nanofiber membranes is significantly enhanced,showing a filtration efficiency of up to 96.67%for PM0.3 and a filtration resistance of only 90.5 Pa.关键词
