摘要
Abstract
Graphene(Gr),graphene oxide(GO),and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)were used as research objects,and the effect of sample preparation using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)on the morphology observation of graphene was investigated,including the effect of coated metal on the powder sample and the effect of dispersed substrate on the Gr solution sample.The experimental results show that for powder samples of Gr and rGO,with excellent conductivity,the powder samples can be simply prepared and directly observed without requiring coated metal to increase conductivity,and good results can be achieved.For GO and its derivatives with poor conductivity,it can be coated with a thin layer of Pt film to improve the conductivity of powder samples.However,it should be noted that the current and the time should not be too large and long,or otherwise,it will affect the coating effect and make it difficult to restore the true morphology of the samples.The Gr solution samples are dispersed on a monocrystalline silicon wafer and single-sided copper tape,and good characterization results are obtained without metal coating.Therefore,monocrystalline silicon wafers and single-sided metal tape with better conductivity can both be used as dispersed substrates for Gr solution samples.关键词
