Abstract
SKI-320 dealkylation type catalyst for C8 aromatics isomerization has been commercialized for the first time in a 600 kt/a aromatic combination plant of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited.The industrial application results show that the catalyst production process is controllable and stable,with qualified finished products.The loading of the catalyst is controllable,and the catalyst is started up smoothly and easily.After being put into use,the catalyst shows good performance during operation.Xylene isomerization activity of SKI-320 catalyst is at the advanced level in the world with xylene isomerization rate reaching 24.09%,ethylbenzene conversion of 69.12%,and single-pass loss rate of xylene at 1.19%.All the catalyst performance indicators meet the requirements stipulated in the contract,and the overall performance exceeds expectations.Compared with the SKI-210 catalyst,the activity and selectivity of the SKI-320 catalyst have significantly improved,achieving technological progress of the same type of catalyst.关键词
