Abstract
Polypropylene product M30RH with high flowability and stiffness-toughness balance was prepared by hydrogen adjustment method using HR catalyst with high hydrogen sensibility and high stereoregularity,combined with efficient nucleating agent technology in a 300 kt/a ST loop reactor.The structure and properties of M30RH were analyzed with melt flow rate(MFR)test,IR,SEM,DSC,and POM.The results show that M30RH has MFR(10 min)of 30.7 g,rubber phase content of 19.7%(w),room temperature notched charpy impact strength of 9.3 kJ/m2,bending modulus of 1 304 MPa,and odor level of 3.9.Compared with commercially available products,the ethylene units of M30RH tend to distribute in the rubber phase and M30RH has a better balance between stiffness and toughness.The crystallization performance of M30RH is basically the same as that of commercially available products,which improves rigidity and processing efficiency while maintaining toughness.关键词
