储罐内液化天然气热物性预测模型分析
Analysis of Prediction Models for Thermophysical Performance of Liquefied Natural Gas in Storage Tanks

Abstract
To accurately predict the state of LNG in the storage tank and its thermophysical parameters,the accuracy of PR,LKP,and GERG-2008 state equations in the calculation of four thermophysical parameters(liquid density,gas density,enthalpy difference and specific heat capacity)and the analysis of vapor-liquid equilibrium flash evaporation process was evaluated using a chemical process simulation software DWSIM.Taking the physical property experiment of natural gas as a reference,the temperature and pressure of the compared mixture are 105~450 K and 0.05~69 MPa.The calculation results indicate that the state equation in GERG-2008 has the smallest average error in the prediction of thermophysical parameters,which is about 2.1%.The GERG-2008 state equation can be used for calculating the thermophysical parameters of typical LNG in Nantes experiment,La Spezia accident and the design process of receiv-ing terminals and predicting the relevant parameters of the vapor-liquid phase after mixing.The research results can provide reliable support for the simulation analysis of the flow field inside storage tanks.关键词
