交流输电线路对油气管道的干扰限值
Limits for Interference of AC Transmission Lines on Oil and Gas Pipelines
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of energy and economy,the intersection and parallelism of AC transmission lines and oil/gas pipelines is becoming increasingly common.The harm of AC interference to human health,pipelines,and cathodic protection equipment under steady-state operation and fault state of AC transmission lines should not be underestimated,and has received widespread atten-tion from all parties.The interference limits for steady-state operation and faults of AC transmission lines are proposed by comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign standards and papers.It is recommended that the personal safety voltage under steady-state conditions is 33 V,and the contact voltage that the human body can withstand under fault conditions is calculated by using the formula in GB/T 50065-2011 "Grounding Design Specification for AC Electrical Equipment".The AC corrosion degree of pipelines is determined ac-cording to GB/T 40377-2021 "Corrosion of Metals and Alloys-Determination and Protection Criteria of AC Corrosion".To avoid arc damage,there should be a certain safe distance between the pipeline and the grounding body.The electrical strength of coating is 25 MV/m,with a withstand voltage value of 5 000 V and a lightning impulse withstand voltage value of 109 kV.The potentiostat should be able to withstand continuous AC interference of 50 Hz and 30 V,as well as instantaneous interference of 1 500 V.When the AC current density of the Mg anode is 30 A/m2,it cannot guarantee sufficient cathodic protection.The AC current density at which the Mg anode does not undergo polarity reversal is 100 A/m2.关键词
