外泌体在蚊媒黄病毒感染中的调控作用研究
Research on the regulation of exosomes in mosquito-borne flavivirus infection
摘要
Abstract
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that are widely present in human body fluids and secreted by eukaryotic cells, with a diameter of about 30-100nm.According to their biogenetic and structural characteristics, exosomes can carry biological information from host cells to other cells, and play an important role in intercellular communication and physiological and pathological reactions.Affected by the global climate and environment,mosquito-borne infectious diseases are gradually posing a threat to the health of more and more people. One of the important pathogens is faviviridae virus, including dengue virus,Zika virus and encephalitis B virus..Several studies have found that exosomes play a crucial role in the process of flavivirus infection, which may promote the transmission of the virus or activate the host immune response against the virus. In this paper,we summarized the research progress on the regulatory role of exosomes in mosquito-borne flavivirus infection,in order to better understand the interaction between viruses and host cells,so as to develop candidate cell targets for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.关键词
