光伏声屏障标准及性能验证分析OA
ANALYSIS OF PV NOISE BARRIER STANDARDS AND PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION
随着"双碳"目标的推进,声屏障与光伏发电技术相结合形成的光伏声屏障具有广阔的应用前景.由于光伏声屏障缺少特定的标准规范,针对建筑行业、交通行业及光伏行业对声屏障及光伏声屏障标准中的重要性能指标进行对比解读,并通过专项测试,验证双玻光伏组件用于光伏声屏障建设的可行性.验证结果显示:1)光伏声屏障的防火性能可依据建筑标准中难燃制品的B1级为最低标准;2)抗风压、抗冲击性能可依据建筑行业标准,但需考虑光伏声屏障作为发电体在抗风压、抗冲击测试后的发电性能评估;3)防眩光性能作为安全指标需在标准中体现.同时提出,光伏组件用作光伏声屏障对防火、抗风压、抗冲击、防腐蚀、防眩光等安全特性的标准框架体系.
With the advancement of the carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality goals,PV noise barrier products combining noise barrier and PV power generation technology have broad application prospects.Due to the lack of specific standards for PV noise barriers,the important performance indicators of noise barriers and PV noise barrier standards are compared and interpreted for the construction industry,transportation industry and PV industry,and the feasibility of bifacial glass PV modules for PV noise barrier construction is verified and evaluated through special tests.The verification results show that:1)the fire performance of PV noise barrier can be based on the B1 level of refractory products in the building standard as the minimum standard.2)The wind pressure resistance and impact resistance performance can be based on the construction industry standards,but the PV noise barrier should be considered as the power generation performance evaluation of the power generation body after the wind pressure resistance and impact resistance test.3)Anti-glare performance should be reflected in the standard as a safety indicator.Meanwhile,the standard frame system of PV modules used as PV noise barriers for safety characteristics such as fire resistance,wind pressure resistance,impact resistance,corrosion resistance,and glare resistance are proposed.
