以工业园区微电网项目中的风电和光伏发电为研究对象,在考虑场址条件、资源情况和设备选型的情况下,分析了工业园区微电网项目中风电和光伏发电的容量配置方法,并根据经济性评价得到最优的风电和光伏发电容量配置方案;通过对包含中国 4 类风能资源区、4 类太阳能资源区在内,处于不同地域且采用不同电价的 15 个典型城市的工业园区开发微电网项目进行经济性测算,以投资收益测算结果作为依据来评判此类项目中风电和光伏发电的投资价值,从而得到可执行的风电和光伏发电的推广策略.研究结果表明:1)小型风电机组的投资价值较差,只有在风能资源优且平段电价高的城市才适合应用;大型风电机组的投资价值较高,在园区不限高且安全距离足够的情况下,只有在风能资源差且平段电价低的城市才不适合应用;由于风能资源分布的不连续性,考虑工业园区微电网项目的风电投资时,仍需根据园区实际位置对其风能资源情况进行测算,以确定是否具备风电投资价值.2)光伏发电的盈利能力较好,投资价值较高,可以大力推广;但在太阳能资源较差或平段电价较低的城市,光伏发电不具备开发价值.研究结果可为未来工业园区的风电和光伏发电开发提供参考,并为新能源在工业园区的应用推广提供指导.

This paper takes wind power and PV power generation in industrial park microgrid projects as the research object.Considering the site conditions,resource conditions,and equipment selection,the capacity configuration methods for wind power and PV power generation in industrial park microgrid projects are analyzed,and the optimal capacity configuration scheme for wind power and PV power generation is obtained based on economic evaluation.By conducting economic calculations on the development of industrial park microgrid projects in fifteen typical cities,including China's four types of wind energy resource areas and four types of solar energy resource areas,located in different regions and using different electricity prices,the investment value of wind power and PV power generation in such projects is evaluated based on the investment income calculation results,and executable promotion strategies for wind power and PV power generation are obtained.The research results show that:1)the investment value of small-scale wind turbines is poor,and they are only suitable for application in cities with excellent wind energy resources and high flat section electricity prices.The investment value of large-scale wind turbines is relatively high,in the case of unlimited height and sufficient safety distance in the park,it is not suitable for application only in cities with poor wind energy resources and low flat section electricity prices.Due to the discontinuity of wind energy resource distribution,when considering wind power investment in industrial park microgrid projects,it is still necessary to calculate the wind energy resource situation based on the actual location of the park to determine whether it has wind power investment value.2)The profitability and investment value of PV power generation are good,and can be vigorously promoted.However,in cities with poor solar energy resources or low flat section electricity prices,PV power generation does not have development value.The research results are expected to provide reference for the future development of wind power and PV power generation in the industrial park,and provide guidance for the application and promotion of new energy in the industrial park.
