摘要

Abstract

A semi-empirical calculation formula for the design of bursting pressure was proposed for the ultra-high pressure domed type bursting disc,and a measurement test on the non-uniform thinning wall thickness of the ultra-high pressure bursting disc after pre-arch deformation was carried out.The theoretical calculation formula for the non-uniform thinning wall thickness of the bursting disc after deformation was modified with the help of the test data.By selecting the test data of different materials,bursting pressure and deflection height,the correlation between the bending height of the bursting disc and the strain hardening index of the material was established,and the semi-empirical formula of the design bursting pressure was simplified.The test method was used to verify the bursting pressure of the bursting disc.The test results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results.The errors are 3.72%and 6.59%respectively,which should have great guiding significance for practical engineering.
