针对蒸汽发生器传热管的导热系数很难由理论计算直接获得、通常需要通过试验测量得到的问题,基于瞬态传热原理,在保持传热管外形的基础上,运用激光闪光法设计了一种基于传热管导热系数测量装置.分别对4种不同厂家制造的690合金传热管的导热系数进行了测量,并将测得的数据在20~400℃范围内进行线性拟合,通过拟合公式,可直接求得该温度范围内任一温度条件下的导热系数,为蒸汽发生器传热计算提供可靠的参数.

For the problem that the thermal conductivity of heat transfer tube is difficult to obtain directly by theoretical analysis method or common testing method,a kind of device for measuring the thermal conductivity by laser flash method was designed.Four kinds of 690 alloy steam generator tubes manufactured by different manufacturers were tested using this measurement device.The fitting formula was established according to the testing data in the range of 20~400℃.By this formula the thermal conductivity of each type of 690 alloy steam generator tube at any temperature point within the suitable temperature range can be obtained directly,which provides reliable parameters for heat transfer of steam generator.
