Abstract
Jining City firmly establishes the ecological civilization concept that green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver,and conducts practical exploration around the"community of mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,and grasses".By implementing comprehensive management of small watersheds,ecological river and lake construction,national land greening,and land improvement,rural revitalization has been effectively promoted,the construction of beautiful rivers and lakes has been created,the living environment has been improved,and the productivity of cultivated land has been enhanced.This article combines practical exploration to discover the main problems and shortcomings in terms of capital investment,operation and management,and proposes targeted suggestions and measures.关键词
