针对桌面数纸机采集气道特殊结构,采用SolidWorks分析了真空角跟转盘贴合并相对运动过程中,不同阶段所形成的采集气道特性.分析真空角下吸气口不同结构形式对采集气道造成的影响以及转盘气道不同形式对采集气道造成的影响.结果表明,真空角下吸气口为椭圆形;转盘检测口直连对外口时,采集气道性能更好.为桌面数纸机采集气道设计和制造提供了理论依据.

In view of the special structure of the acquisition airway of the desktop digital paper machine,SolidWorks was used to analyze the characteristics of the acquisition airway formed in different stages during the relative movement of the acquisition module and the turntable stick,the influence of different structure forms of the intake port of the acquisition module on the acquisition airway and the influence of different forms of the turntable airway on the acquisition airway.It is concluded that the suction port of the acquisition module is oval,and the performance of the acquisition port is better.The turntable acquisition port is directly connected to the external port,and the performance of the acquisition port is better.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the collection airway of desktop paper counting machine.
