Practice,Innovation,and Experience of"Thinning Enclave"Promoting Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
"Thinning enclave"is an innovative model of"enclave economy".Combined with the practice and research of P city in the north of Zhejiang province,the paper found that the success of"thinning enclaves""within and across counties",especially"across provinces",is the result of the comprehensive effect of excellent industrial location advantages,complementary and win-win resource elements,attention of local administrative subjects,and policy support from higher authorities.Based on the requirements of systematic thinking and common prosperity,the scientific promotion of"thinning enclaves"needs to correctly deal with the relationship between current and long-term interests,external empowerment and internal self-generation,unique purpose,and diversified paths,universality and particularity,and pay attention to the sustainability of land supply,the cultivation of endogenous power,the expansion of development mode and the specificity of applicable conditions.关键词
