The Practice of Three-dimensional Real Estate Registration in Jinan

Abstract
Based on the Jinan Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning in Shandong province's exploration and practice of solving the problems of three-dimensional cadastral management and real estate registration,and exploring the three-dimensional real estate right confirmation registration,by sorting out the existing policies and regulations and advanced urban practical experience,this paper summarizes the practice route of three-dimensional real estate registration,the process of three-dimensional cadastral management and key rules of each stage in Jinan city,and interprets the system mechanism,management mode,right registration,platform support,data construction of three-dimensional cadastral management.Also,the paper puts forward some working thoughts for further promotion and application of three-dimensional right registration:①Continue to strengthen planning and leading research.②Improve the pre-supporting policies.③Explore and practice the pilot project transaction.④Study the historical stock real estate registration management.关键词
