Abstract
In the process of supervision of Rivers and Lakes,limited by the means of supervisors,it is usually difficult to quantitatively analyze illegal acts within the scope of river management,which directly affects the judgment of the severity of illegal acts and the choice of punishment measures.Taking the comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system from"name and responsibility"to"capable and effective"to achieve the normalization and standardization of the"Four Disorders"as the main line,and taking a typical disorderly stacking problem in a shipyard as an example,using drones to collect plane and elevation data,supplemented by software such as TERRA and CASS to process aerial survey data,the filling volume of the"Four Disorders"problem is calculated,providing reliable law enforcement basis for regulatory personnel.Through the application of UAV aerial survey technology,the quantitative analysis of problems in the supervision of Rivers and Lakes can be realized.It is very necessary to apply UAV aerial survey technology to the supervision of Rivers and Lakes.关键词
