Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to curb the occurrence of water related illegal cases,protect the normal functioning of water bodies,and promote the high-quality development of water law enforcement.By actively promoting laws and regulations,conducting comprehensive administrative inspections,and conducting regular river inspections,we have strengthened cooperation with departments such as public security,environmental protection,and natural resources,and adopted various forms of joint law enforcement to jointly crack down on water violations.In 2022,over 1 000 documents were distributed,68 administrative inspections were conducted,and 45 river inspections were conducted.The length of the river inspection was 4 050 km,and 70 acts of illegal construction,occupation,stacking,and mining were stopped,achieving good rectification results.By strengthening the concept of water management and implementing iron fisted water management,the order of water affairs has significantly improved,ensuring that a river flows downstream with clear water.关键词
