摘要
Abstract
After nearly 40 years of development,project management software has been widely applied in various aspects of engineering project construction.Combining project management needs with the development trend of information technology,it is of great significance to choose project management software that is suitable for enterprises and projects for the management and implementation of engineering projects.Aiming at the software mainly used in current project management,such as Project,P3 and P6,this paper analyzes and compares the functional characteristics,operation difficulty,management depth and use cost of each software,and gives suggestions for selection based on the applicability,progressiveness and project management needs of the software.By selecting and utilizing project management software reasonably,the level of project information management and economic benefits can be improved,and the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market can also be enhanced.关键词
