摘要

Abstract

The concrete required for the treatment and ancillary engineering of Zhengang landslide in Deqin County,Yunnan Province,as well as the upstream emergency rescue channel project,is approximately 251.4×104m3.The material source for the sand and gravel processing system is mainly basalt.It has advantages such as good corrosion resistance,compression resistance,and oxidation resistance,and is difficult to process and crush.It is widely used in various industrial fields.In order to effectively control the quality of finished aggregates,achieve green energy conservation and environmental protection,and ensure the stable operation and production of normal sand and gravel processing systems,this paper studies and develops the optimal process plan and supporting facilities for processing basalt.It can ensure that the quality of sand and gravel aggregates meets the specifications and design requirements,and save operating costs.
