定量脑电图慢波功率与脑小血管病患者认知功能障碍相关性分析OACSTPCD
Correlation between slow wave power on quantitative electroencephalography and cognitive dysfunction in pa-tients with cerebral small vessel disease
目的 探究定量脑电图(QEEG)慢波功率δ/α比值(DAR)和δ功率值与脑小血管病(CSVD)患者认知功能障碍有相关性.方法 收集在2022年1月—2023年10月赤峰学院附属医院神经内科脑小血管病患者80例,对所有入组患者进行蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)评估,并完成定量脑电图检查,计算DAR值和δ功率值,进行相关统计学分析.结果 脑小血管病认知功能障碍组患者40例,平均受教育年限(8.50±2.00)年,平均年龄(62.38±6.32)岁,女性…查看全部>>
