基于服务剧组的影视基地服务认证探索
Exploration of film and television bases service certification based on service for the crew
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the service quality of China's film and television bases and support the continuous produc-tion of high-quality film and television,this paper sorts out the development status of China's film and television bases,the overall situation of service certification and its applications in other fields.The research draws the general blueprint of typi-cal film and television bases'service by using service encounter theory and service blueprint technology,then proposes a three-level evaluation system for the service certification mode towards film and television bases'service for the crew,and explores the application strategy of the service certification mode on film and television bases.The result of this exploration shows that the establishment of film and television base service certification evaluation system will effectively improve the technical service ability of film and television base and promote standardized,healthy and organized development of film and television bases.关键词
