Abstract

The hydraulic slide valve is one of the key control components in the hydraulic system.It has the advantages of simple structure,controllable opening,easy flow and pressure control.However,the small deformation caused by heat load during operation will lead to the phenomenon of valve core sticking.When the valve core is stuck,the accuracy and sensitivity of the hydraulic valve may be seriously reduced.Based on the thermal fluid solid coupling model,the influence of the shape of throttling groove on the clamping force of the hydraulic spool valve is analyzed in this paper.Firstly,the model of fixed opening flow passage in the valve is established,and the flow characteristics in the valve under different shapes of throttling grooves are calculated;Secondly,the temperature field information obtained from the fluid analysis is loaded into the thermal analysis as a boundary condition,and the temperature distribution characteristics on the valve core are obtained.Finally,the deformation of spool clearance under different shapes of throttling grooves is studied,and the change of spool sticking is analyzed,which provides a reference for the study of measures to reduce spool sticking.
