Electromagnetic Characteristics of High Speed Fuel Solenoid Valve

Abstract
High-speed fuel solenoid valve as a key control component of blade regulator for aeroengine.The electromagnetic characteristics affect the control precision of blade regulator directly.Firstly,a numerical model of solenoid valve based on Maxwell is established.Secondly,the influence of armature material and shell wall thickness on the electromagnetic force of solenoid valve are studied in-depth.Then,the influence of the armature shape,and the relative distance of the working air gap on the electromagnetic force of the high-speed solenoid valve is comparatively investigated.Finally,the prototype of the high-speed fuel solenoid valve is manufactured and the experimental verification is carried out.The results show the electromagnetic force is the largest when all magnetic circuit materials are 1J22.When the wall thickness of armature is 0.75~1.5 mm,the electromagnetic force changes little with the working air gap length.Electromagnetic force decreases with decreasing thickness when thickness is less than 0.75 mm.When the working air gap is small,the electromagnetic force of the conical pole face armature is smaller than that of the flat pole face and vice versa.The position of the working air gap has limited influence on the electromagnetic force.The experimental results show good agreement with the simulated ones,which verifies the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the research method.The results provide theoretical basis and data to the high-speed fuel solenoid valve electromagnetic characteristics improvement,which have great practical significance.关键词
