摘要

Abstract

The dynamic performance of check valve is one of the factors affecting the output performance of magnetostrictive pump,which is the core component of magnetostrictive electrohydraulic actuator.The cantilever beam check valve which has been applied to the flow distribution of magnetostrictive pump appears to have the problem of decreasing response performance with the increase of opening and closing frequency in the process of using,through theoretical analysis,a high-frequency response double-valve cantilever beam check valve is proposed,and the dynamic response of the existing and proposed check valves is analyzed.Through the fluid-solid coupling at both ends of the valve input amplitude of 60 kPa sinusoidal differential pressure,compared and analyzed the responsiveness of the existing and proposed into the two check valves.The results show that with the increase of the frequency of the input differential pressure signal,the existing single-valve cantilever beam check valves showed response hysteresis and the valve port could not be closed,and the unclosed displacement of the valve port increased with the increase of the frequency,and the unclosed displacement of the valve port increased by 2.1%for each increase of the input frequency by 100 Hz.Double-valve cantilever beam check valve in the same structural parameters under the frequency response and the valve port closure are better than the single-valve check valve,the input frequency of every increase of 100 Hz,the valve port unclosed displacement increased by 1%,reducing the valve port backflow,the valve's high-frequency response advantages can be adapted to the characteristics of the high-frequency width of the magnetostrictive material.Provide support for the development of high-performance intelligent electro-hydraulic actuators.
