发散式冲击波疗法联合关节松动术治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察OA
The clinical observation of divergent shock wave combined with joint mobilization surgery for the treatment of lateral epi-condylitis of the humerus
目的 观察发散式冲击波疗法联合关节松动术治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年8月至2023年8月在我院门诊就诊的肱骨外上髁炎患者84例,采用随机数表法分为对照组与试验组,每组42例.两组患者均采用发散式冲击波治疗(1次/周),试验组在对照组的基础上联合肘关节松动术治疗(3次/周).分别比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、4周、6周时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、握力、Mayo肘关节功能评分…查看全部>>
