Practical Exploration and Constructive Ideas on Conservation Easement System
摘要
Abstract
As a new type of ecological management system,conservation easement can play a positive role in the construction of national parks,and it is vitally important for China to establish a natural areas protection system with national parks as the core.By analyzing the practice of the extra-territorial conservation easement system and the exploration of the system in China,the article puts forward the idea of constructing the conservation easement system in the construction of national parks in China:①Define the scope of easement provider and conservation easement holder.②Expand the criteria of easement land.③Define the composition of the rights and obligations of the main body of the conservation easement system.⑤Regulate the changes of the conservation easement system.④Apply the conservation easement system by the different types of functional zones of national parks.关键词
