Abstract
In order to improve the ability of innovation-driven development and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system,it is increasingly important to carry out accurate industrial innovation planning and policy design.Under this background,this paper proposes the patent and standard navigation for industries,and summarizes relevant concepts,technical paths,technical characteristics and application scenarios.It provides new ideas for the industrial innovation planning and policy design of the government.关键词
