社区老年人多维度衰弱现状及影响因素研究
A study on the multi-dimensional weakness of the elderly in community and its influencing factors based

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of senile debility in community and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June to September 2023,742 elderly people in communities were investigated by convenient sampling meth-od.Based on the integrated conceptual model,a questionnaire survey was conducted with general data scale,senile asthenia screening scale,sarcopenia screening scale,oral health assessment scale and oral health self-efficacy scale,clarified the current situation of the multi-dimensional weakness of the community elderly,and analyzed the correlation of the influencing factors of the community elderly weakness.Results The incidence of multidimensional weakness among the elderly in the community was 16.3％.Age,sex,educa-tion level,occupation,personal income,marital status,number of chronic diseases,sarcopenia status and oral health score are the in-fluencing factors of the elderly in the community(P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of multi-dimensional weakness among the elderly in the community is high,and the elderly who are old,male,with low education,low professional income,poor marital status,sarcopenia,comorbidity of chronic diseases and poor oral health are at higher risk.Nursing staff should regularly check the health sta-tus of the elderly in the community,find out the potential weak population in time,and provide individualized and comprehensive health care guidance for the different characteristics of the elderly,so as to prevent or delay the occurrence and development of frailty.关键词
