基于Kano模型的沈阳市社区智慧养老服务优化策略研究
Research on strategies for improving the quality of smart elderly care in Shenyang community under the background of technology empowerment

Abstract
Objective To clarify the demand level of elderly people in Shenyang for five types of smart elderly care services,and provide optimization strategies for upgrading community quality elderly care services in Shenyang.Methods A questionnaire survey method was used for empirical research to investigate the demand of elderly people in 7 elderly care service centers in Heping Dis-trict,Shenyang City for five types of smart elderly care service projects.A total of 200 samples were obtained,of which 190 were valid data.The data of the questionnaire survey was analyzed and organized using SPSS 22 software.Based on the Kano model,accurately locate the attribute categories of smart elderly care service projects carried out in communities.Results Starting from the demand for community elderly care projects among the elderly in Shenyang,it can be concluded that community smart elderly care service pro-jects in Shenyang can be divided into essential attributes(M),expected attributes(O),and charm attributes(A).After sorting and analyzing,it was found that there are 4 essential attribute service items,9 expected attribute service items,and 8 charm attribute serv-ice items.Conclusion Provide suggestions based on the characteristics of service project attributes and the degree of de-mand.Community smart elderly care services in Shenyang should improve essential demand service projects,focus on improving ex-pected demand service projects,pursue the implementation of charismatic demand service projects.关键词
