Discussion on reducing agent for sulfur dyes
摘要
Abstract
Glucose,thiourea dioxide and sodium formate were used as reducing agents for sulfur dyes.Through the single factor experiment,the effects of the mass concentration of dye,the mass concentration of reducing agent and the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide on the dyeing effect of sulfur dyes on the yarn were discussed,and the dyeing process formula was further optimized by orthogonal experiment.The color fastness to soaping,color difference,K/S value,reduction potential of dye solution and COD of wastewa-ter were tested.The experimental results showed that sodium formate could replace sodium sulfide as a re-ducing agent for liquid fluidized black dyes.When liquid sulfur black was 110 g/L,sodium formate was 44 g/L,sodium hydroxide was 42 g/L,the dyed yarn could obtain good dyeing effect,and reduce the release of hydro-gen sulfide gas and sulfur-containing waste dye liquid in production.关键词
