Abstract
With the continuous evolvement of mobile internet technology,the traditional property management model needs to be transformed and upgraded.Government property management has the characteristics of heavy political tasks,huge social response,high degree of public gathering,high level of emergency evacuation and fire safety,special image,strong confidentiality,and high customer satisfaction requirements.The requirements for management personnel and professionals are also higher than those of other general property management personnel.Smart property management helps the Party and government offices to achieve normalized,standardized,and information-based management of properties,providing accurate data for property management,which plays a fundamental role in the decision-making of property management departments to further promote property management companies to establish intelligent,interconnected,and efficient management paths,and expand new patterns of property services.关键词
