Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,intellectualization has become an important trend of urban construction and property management.This paper aims to discuss the standardization construction of property management of office buildings from the perspective of intellectualization development.It analyzes the advantages and necessity,and puts forward the core content and solution of the corresponding standardization construction.Through the standardization construction,it aims to improve the management efficiency and service quality of property management of office buildings,and promote the development of the industry towards specialization,standardization and intellectualization.关键词
