脑卒中患者跌倒恐惧研究的范围综述
Study of fear of falling in stroke patients:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the scope of fall fear research in stroke and provide guidance for future research in this field.Methods The scope review method was used to search PubMed,Embase,Web of science,Cochrane library,CINAHL,SinoMed,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang data,and the search time was until September 17,2023.The literature was screened and extracted independ-ently by two researchers.Results A total of 31 literatures were included,including 17 in Chinese and 14 in English,published from 2006 to 2023.The adverse effects,assessment tools,influencing factors and coping strategies of fall fear on stroke patients were ana-lyzed and summarized.Conclusion Through systematic analysis,the results show that the fear of falling seriously affects the quality of life of stroke patients,and its influencing factors are relatively complex.Currently,there is a lack of assessment tools for the fear of falling in specialist diseases such as stroke,and intervention measures need to be further improved.In the future,more studies can be conducted to standardize and unify assessment tools,and scientific and effective coping strategies can be formulated.关键词
