福建省智慧海洋大数据标准体系框架研究
Study on Framework of Standard System for Smart Ocean Big Data
摘要
Abstract
Fujian province is vigorously promoting the construction of smart ocean,which is of great importance to the intellectualization of sea-related industries,intellectualization of sea-related services,and high efficiency of sea-related governance.The standardization work of ocean big data is the foundation of smart ocean construction,which is the basis for realizing the interoperability,sharing and high-value development and application of ocean big data.The paper introduces the status of relevant policies,research and guiding standards of construction of standards system for big data.To facilitate smart ocean construction,it puts forward the framework of standards system for smart ocean big data in Fujian,consisting of six secondary standards subsystems,such as general basics,technologies,platforms and tools,governance and evaluation,security and application in the field of ocean big data.关键词
