The effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept and nursing intervention on early knee joint function recovery after partial meniscectomy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on the early recovery of knee joint function in patients after partial meniscectomy.Methods 73 patients who underwent partial menis-cectomy under knee arthroscopy at the Sports Medicine Research Institute of the General Administration of Sport of China from Janu-ary to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received conventional traditional nursing care,while the experimental group received nursing care under the ERAS concept.Compare the preoperative and postoperative VAS scores,knee range of motion,SF-36 scores,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients to evaluate the recovery of knee joint function.Results There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in basic information such as age and gender between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05).At 3 days,7 days,and 14 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.001).The time required for postoperative knee joint mobility to reach 30 °,60 ° and 90 ° was faster in the experimental group than in the con-trol group respectively(P＜0.001).Two months of follow-up after surgery showed that the SF-36 score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.001).Conclusion ERAS is a diversified treatment plan aimed at improving postoperative patient recovery,and nursing interventions under the ERAS concept have a significant promoting effect on early knee joint function recovery in patients after partial meniscectomy.关键词
