Abstract
This paper focuses on the construction of automated production lines for standard chassis,analyzes the production process flow of standard chassis,carries out design according to different yields,and uses group technology to achieve automated mixed-flow production of products of multiple varieties and limited quantities.The paper innovatively identifies new scenarios for the application of automation equipment,providing a reference basis for the development of factory automation construction.Also,the paper delves into the automated production mode,which not only improves the quality of products,but also benefits the improvement of quality and efficiency in the production process.It shortens the order delivery cycle,continuously improves production efficiency,ensures the stable and controlled manufacturing process,and strives for excellence in product quality.关键词
