Exploration and Thinking on Standardization Construction of Medical Services of Zhuang Medicine and Yao Medicine—Taking Construction of National Service Industry Standardization Pilot in Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital as an Example

Abstract
Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital is one of the largest ethnic medicine hospital in China.The Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine are the treasure of China's ethnic cultures,and are the characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.The paper aims to explore methods to provide characteristic services of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine to the people on the basis of standardization,and to improve the quality and management of ethnic medical services as well as people's satisfaction.This paper takes the standardization pilot of diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine in Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital as an example,which conducts standardization training,standards promotion,standards development,standards implementation and other measures.It explores and thinks about establishing standardization system and carrying out standardization work,and builds a relatively complete standards system for medical services of Zhuang medicine and Yao Medicine.It is expected to regulate medical services of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine,providing helpful experience and reference for the standardization construction of the peers.关键词
