Current Status and Development Strategies of Rapid Testing Technology for Quality and Safety of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract
Food safety is the most basic need of the people for a better life.The safety of edible agricultural products,a major category of food,is the focus of public concern.This paper takes J city in Shandong province as the research object.Firstly,based on the food safety sampling platform of China's market regulation system,the inspection results of edible agricultural products in J city in the past two years are queried to quickly identify the safety risk factors of edible agricultural products.Secondly,research on the units carrying out rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city has been conducted,to grasp the current status of application of rapid testing technology,and deeply analyze the shortcomings and potential problems of rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city.Finally,the application of new technologies and materials for rapid quality and safety testing of edible agricultural products at home and abroad are tracked,to propose strategies to improve the rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city,and support industrial supervision.关键词
