Abstract
Industrial and commercial electric heating food processing equipment is the most important product in China's diet processing and food processing industry.This paper briefly introduces the general situation and existing problems of these products from multiple aspects such as industry,standards,quality supervision,and quality problems.Based on the results of national supervision and spot checks announced in recent years,the main problems of product quality are analyzed,and suggestions and measures to optimize supervision and improve quality are proposed.关键词
