Abstract
In order to improve the quality of cigarette products and realize the precise control of physical indexes of cigarettes,the cigarette splicing process was comprehensively evaluated,so as to achieve the purposes of quality improvement,consumption reduction,cost saving,and quantity growth.Through R language,simulation data of the process capability index and standard deviation of cigarette physical indexes were generated.Phython language was used to draw boxplots,with less than three quarters of the SD boxplot being set as the criterion of SD value,and more than three quarters of the CPK boxplot being set as the criterion of CPK value.Cigarette production enterprises can intercept historical data for a period of time,draw a boxplot,and set the determination limit of SD value and CPK value suitable for themselves.关键词
