Abstract
It is difficult to effectively evaluate work performance under the traditional inland river cruise management mode.To tackle this issue,the transportation law enforcement of Jiangsu has taken the standardization of cruise segmentation as an entry point,established a work model where plan formulation,execution,and record entry all take cruise segments as the basic units.Meanwhile,work systems have been developed,supervision mechanisms have been introduced,and assessment methods have been improved,thus enabling the preliminary establishment of an inland river cruise management system centered on cruise segments,and making a beneficial exploration for the improvement of inland river cruise.关键词
