摘要
Abstract
In order to further standardize the statistical scope and boundaries of water traffic accidents,refine statistical classification,and provide detailed data for accident cause analysis,this paper conducts a comparative analysis on the classified statistics of water traffic accidents.It adopts the Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis model and suggests that statistic should be upgraded in view of the statistical indicators with moderate to strong positive correlation between two variables,and such indicators should be used as key preventive indicators to refine classification assessment and monitoring.Maritime operation safety accidents and non-working state personnel death or missing accidents that do not have a statistically significant impact on the total amount or only have a moderate to strong positive correlation should be downgraded for the purpose of statistics and classified for examination.The paper also probes into the necessity for graded and classified statistics of accidents,aiming to adopt proper regulatory measures based on systematic data analysis.关键词
